A few screenshots of The Dark Portal event occurring now following today's patch. A little underwhelmed thus far, but a great XP grind I imagine if your of the appropriate level. No screens of Kruul, as I've yet to see him (or go looking for that matter). The big winner is the Cairne Bloodhoof look-alike Melgromm Highmountain. He's cool to see in battle, utilizing a freaking massive tree in melee and what appears to be Chain Lightning, so I assume he's a Shaman.

The battle appears to wax and wane, with most demons available to warlocks entering Azeroth from the portal. The Argent Dawn is seen encamped around the portal, supported by various higher level characters enjoying the grind.

It'll be interesting to see what's in store come next week. My preorders are in, we're keeping fingers and toes crossed EB Games doesn't botch it :) They haven't let me down yet.
